There are AJ tents and a dome tent on the premises.
Guests using tents A to E should park their cars on the side of the road behind the tents.
Guests using tents F~J should park their cars on the side of the road in front of the tents.
Guests using the dome tent should park their cars on the side of the road next to the dome tent.
There are facilities here including toilets.
Please feel free to use the cooking utensils provided in the kitchen. After use, please wash them and return them to their original place.
The ice packs in the freezer are for exclusive use by those who rent a cooler box.
The shower rooms are available 24 hours a day.
There are optional items for an additional fee on the shelf next to the vending machines.
Optional items are a portable stove for 500 yen, a cooler box for 500 yen, a fan for 1,000 yen, and a fire pit for 1,000 yen.
If you have already made a reservation, please purchase the optional items you have reserved here.
If you would like to use an optional item without making a reservation, please deposit the fee in the cash box at the reception desk.
Charcoal is sold for 1,000 yen per box. Gas bottles for portable stoves are 300 yen each.
Please dispose of garbage according to the type indicated on the garbage bin.
Garbage is separated into burnable garbage, bottles, cans, plastic bottles, spray cans, cardboard, nets, leftover charcoal, etc.
Each tent is provided with 3kg of charcoal, a BBQ grill, grill net and fire tongs.
The basket contains a fan, cutting board, knife, fire starter, lighter, gloves, tongs, paper plates, paper cups, and disposable chopsticks for each person.
Registration for canoes, SUP, etc. is at the activity counter in front of the warehouse next to the glamping reception.
One canoe costs 5,000 yen for 4 hours, and one SUP costs 4,000 yen for 4 hours.

A Yes, you can use it on the day.
Q: Can I have a bonfire?
A: Yes, you can have a bonfire if you use the fire pit. Please do so on the grass in front of the tent.
Q: Can I use the sauna?
A Yes, you can use it for free. Please bring your own firewood and make a fire yourself.
Q Can I see the Lake Toya Long Run Fireworks?
A: You can’t see it from Lake House Toyako. If you want to see it, you’ll need to go by car.
QAre there any hot springs nearby?
A hot spring called Toya Ikoi no Ie is about 7 minutes away by car.
QIs there a supermarket nearby?
A: There is no supermarket nearby. If you want to bring your own food, we recommend that you buy it in advance. The nearest supermarket is Acoop in Abuta, Toyako-cho, about 30 minutes by car. Seico Mart is about 5 minutes by car.
Q: What amenities are available?
A: There are bath towels in the tent. There is body soap and shampoo in the shower room. There are no other amenities.
Q: Is it cold at night in May and October?
A: Yes, it is cold at night in spring and autumn. If you are worried about the cold, please use the optional kerosene stove.
